Coarse-rolled flakes are whole kernels of grain that we first steam and then coarse-roll in our own mill.
They can be used direct in bread dough for taste and texture, as a source of wholegrain or just for decoration. Coarse-rolled flakes are of course also perfect for many different breakfast products, such as muesli, granola etc.
